The Corporate Department of Ganado & Associates, Advocates is pleased to announce the launch of E-NOTE. This initiative seeks to keep clients and correspondents of the Corporate Department informed of news and developments in Malta which may be relevant to them as they occur.

Procedures to be followed by shareholders of all companies incorporated in Malta after the 1st January, 2007 so as to enable such shareholders to obtain any refund of the tax (paid on dividends declared and distributed to them) to which they may be entitled at law.

On the 1st January, 2008 (“€-Day”), Malta will be joining the Eurozone. Consequently, as of €- Day, the Maltese Lira will cease to be the national currency of Malta.
