News Brief : The Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) announced that it has reached an agreement with the UK's HMRC whereby Malta will be recognised as a Qualifying Recognised Overseas Pension Scheme (QROPS) jurisdiction.

News Text : The MFSA's November newsletter issued today 26th November announced that the UK's HMRC has recognised Malta as jurisdiction where pension schemes established therein and regulated by the MFSA may be considered on a case by case basis to be eligible for QROPS status under English law.
